Thank you so much ! :iconbubblecuteplz:
Since I don't upload WIP pictures to DA, here's an update on my Epic Mickey (Mouse) cosplay! [link]
I just made my first duct tape dummy, but now I don't know where to go...
I'm confused as to how you stick the foam onto the dummy, complete your costume on the dummy, and then remove it from the dummy without ripping off the foam?
I want to reuse this dummy multiple times.
Hm, I think you fill the dummy with foam, seal the openings with more duct tape and just use it like a normal dressform..?
I think I didn't understand your concern very well. I don't think you'd have to rip anything off the dummy o:
I have done all of that, I meant to actually start making the costume itself. Do you have to put clothing over the dummy and stick foam to that, or do you stick foam directly to the dummy itself?
Oh. Depends on how do you wish to use the pieces you make. I assume you're making foam pieces for your costume? Will it be used over your skin or over clothes? If it's over skin, I'd try keeping the pieces held onto the dummy without damaging it. Maybe you can hold them up with doudle faced tape? Just to keep them in place and fitted well, in a way that you can later take them off, after finishing, without getting your dummy damaged.
hey I'm about to make my first cosplay with LED....i know how to put them and stuffs but the only problem is that...

is it better if i place the light facing up and/or down or side ways....or like this picture ? [link]
